Terms of service

These terms govern your access to the GrowX10 website, diagnostic application, creative services, and related communications. By using the website or engaging GrowX10, you agree to these terms.
Service scope
GrowX10 provides strategy, performance diagnostics, scripting, AI video creative direction, and related advertising support as defined in the applicable proposal, package description, or written confirmation. Specific timelines, deliverables, revisions, and pricing are governed by the agreed scope for your project.
Payment and approvals
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, fixed packages operate on 50/50 payment terms: a deposit to begin work and a final payment after the agreed review stage. Work may pause if invoices are overdue or if approvals, access, or source materials required to deliver the work are delayed.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and permissions associated with materials, claims, testimonials, brand assets, offers, and advertising accounts you provide. You agree not to use GrowX10 services for unlawful, misleading, or restricted advertising practices.
Intellectual property
Upon receipt of full payment, you receive the rights described in your project scope for the approved deliverables. GrowX10 retains ownership of its methods, templates, systems, and pre-existing materials. We may display non-confidential work in our portfolio unless a written confidentiality agreement states otherwise.
Performance and platform access
Advertising performance depends on factors outside GrowX10’s control, including offer strength, pricing, audience, budget, landing-page experience, platform policy, account status, and market conditions. We do not guarantee a particular revenue, return, lead volume, account approval, or advertising result.
